What PondBiotix MDC is designed to do
MDC is not simply another bacteria product. It uses enzymes, catalysts and biostimulants to help break complex organic material into simpler compounds that naturally occurring or added bacteria can process more readily.
Mixing and application
Determine pond volume first. Dilute MDC at 1 part product to 9 parts water and distribute the mixture evenly over the pond surface. Follow-up applications may be made every 2–4 weeks while organic loading remains high.

What to expect from biological treatment
Biological pond products support natural decomposition and nutrient cycling. They are not contact algaecides and should not be presented as an instant cure for every algae or water-quality problem. Pond temperature, dissolved oxygen, organic loading, pH and continuing nutrient inputs all affect results.
Aeration matters
For most pond microbial programs, adequate oxygen and circulation improve the environment in which aerobic decomposition occurs. If a pond has heavy organic loading or low dissolved oxygen, address those underlying conditions along with the biological treatment.
