Target the muck where it accumulates
PondBiotix ME pellets sink to the pond bottom, placing the microbial and enzyme treatment directly into areas where organic debris, dead vegetation and sludge accumulate. The 5 lb package provides the same targeted delivery concept in a size better suited to smaller ponds.
Application
Broadcast the pellets over the areas where muck is present, with particular attention to shallow edges, coves and other places where organic debris collects. Follow the product directions for the treatment rate and repeat applications as needed for the amount of organic accumulation present.

What to expect
Muck reduction is a biological process rather than an instant treatment. Results depend on water temperature, dissolved oxygen, the depth and composition of the muck, and continuing inputs of leaves, dead algae and other organic material.
